Watershed students develop as curious learners, adventurous spirits, and caring, committed global citizens as they engage in work that matters-- work that has a positive impact beyond the walls of the school. Watershed believes schools should not just help students develop the skills and habits for future success, but should awaken their curiosity, expand their view of the world, and empower them to make a difference in their local, regional, and global communities.
SWAHA believes whole-heartedly in Watershed’s innovative educational approach, which is based on very current research. Watershed School works hard to implement a creative and relevant curriculum that addresses young peoples' needs today in our ever-changing world. And, what the world needs more of in our next generation Swaha supports Watershed school because it does not operate in an educational silo, but rather interfaces constantly with both local and global communities, in every aspect of it’s offered educational experience.
