The Turner Multifamily Impact Funds are focused on acquiring, preserving, and enriching affordable housing for working individuals and families in urban communities throughout the country. As housing and construction costs continue to escalate, Turner is providing innovative solutions that meet the needs of community serving professionals. By implementing resident-focused programs, sustainability initiatives and high-quality property management, Turner creates measurable, sustainable, and scalable social and environmental impacts. To date, the fund has served 6,600 residents and supported nearly 3,000 units, 97% of which are defined as affordable for low- and middle-income populations.
