TGTHR (formerly Attention Homes) is working to galvanize communities, empower young people, and put an end to youth homelessness. Since its inception in 1966, TGTHR has become a resource hub for youth - ages 12-24 - providing services ranging from education programs to housing navigation to employment assistance. Based in Boulder, Colorado, TGTHR programs include an Adolescent Residential Care facility, Street Outreach program, emergency overnight shelter, drop-in center, permanent supportive housing, and transitional living.
SWAHA supports TGTHR because of their ability to provide housing and services for homeless youth, and to motivate community members to work in partnership to end youth homelessness. Creating a community where every young person is valued, empowered and safe is essential, and SWAHA is inspired by TGTHR’s impact and ability to help youth rise up and thrive.
